An Open Letter To Time Warner Cable In SouthEast Wisconsin

Sorry Time Warner, but I just gotta let go on you.  I have been pretty patient, but here is a clue.  I have had your service for three years now.  I have a DVR, 3 cable boxes, Internet phone service, and turbo speed high speed Internet service.  I am also an MMA fan, so I do order at least one PPV event every 1-2 months.

Yet for all of these services and bundles that Expire that cost me an average of $200/month, when I have a problem I have to go through a crazy rigmarole...

I was still a little miffed but definitely diffused.  Time Warner reached out and offered a solution.  I am starting to believe they are true blue.  If you adopt a marketing strategy that not only encompasses social media marketing, but lends itself to blogging, you can help to diffuse these situations by letting people know that you are attainable by being transparently you.  You can let consumers know about you and why you do what you do.

I am a mother, a blogger, a friend, and a daughter.  I am truly America's melting pot and I have a passion for online marketing, which I started learning from the ground up 8 years ago through research infused with passion, diligence, patience, persistence, creativity, and a certain 'je ne sais quoi' that makes up the embers in the fire of every solopreuner.

For the last 2 years of my eight year stint online I was a corporate blogger and community leader for an online advertising company for real estate professionals.  I faced a 2 sided audience- consumer and real estate professionals everyday and became a source of trusted information.
